Fairhill Center was sold two months after signing the listing agreement. Due to the marketing efforts of the Retail Investment Team, the Seller was able to gain $365,000 from purchasing the property 2.5 years ago.
Fairhill Shopping Center was sold on July 28th, 2017 to ZD Management, LLC at a per square foot price of $81.25. ZD Management is an owner/user who plans to occupy at least 50% of the building.
